Run & Padel
An easy 5k run, followed by an hour of doubles padel. Completely beginner-friendly. If you've never played, it's the perfect chance to pick up a racket (we can provide them). We wrap up by hanging out at the local smoothie bar or cafe.

A community built for active Londoners who want to stay healthy and expand their social circle. Come along for a great game, share an experience, and meet people who match your energy.
The vibe
Moving to London, or just being here a few years, can be weirdly lonely. Everyone's busy, plans take three weeks to lock in, and you end up at the same two pubs with the same five people.
We started this because we wanted something easier, a way to do something halfway active on a weeknight or weekend and meet a few new people without it being a whole production. So that's what we run. Small groups, decent venues, an actual host who'll introduce you to people, and a drink or a coffee after.
You don't need to have elite fitness. You don't need to know anyone. You just need to turn up.
What we run
A rotating mix of formats. Dates and venues go up on Eventbrite — first come, first served.

High-energy evening runs featuring portable speakers, lights, and great playlists. A fun, party-pace jog around the city with a group, finishing up at a local spot to chill, chat, and grab a bite.

A couple of hours on the walls. Perfect for all levels with climbing shoes sorted for you. Afterwards, we keep the group together to socialise at a local spot.
The first round drops on Eventbrite shortly — have a browse and follow us to get the alert.
How it works
Have a look at what's coming up and grab a ticket on Eventbrite. We cap our events so the groups stay a genuinely sensible size.
Come on your own or bring a mate. There's a friendly host at every event who'll spot you and do the introductions.
Run, climb, or hit the courts, whatever the activity is, total beginners are always welcome.
We always grab a coffee, hit a smoothie bar, or just hang out locally afterwards. That's usually where the real friendships happen.

We're honest about it. The activity is just the perfect icebreaker. What people actually come back for is the hangout afterwards, when everyone's relaxed, the endorphins are flowing, and conversation comes easy.
FAQ
Absolutely. You don't need to be an athlete to join in. Everything is pitched at beginners, and whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or returning to a sport, the focus is on having fun rather than intense competition.
We tend to run a bit slower to make sure everyone can keep up comfortably. We stick together and run as a group, so nobody gets left behind.
Not at all, most people come solo! Because our events are anchored around an activity, it gives you something to do right away, which skips the usual standing-around awkwardness. Our host will also be there to introduce you to the group.
Roughly mid-20s to late 30s, mostly young professionals living in London. There's no strict cut-off, though.
We purposefully cap our events to make sure everyone gets plenty of game time and a fair chance to play (for example, when we play padel or other court games). Conversely, if not enough people sign up and we don't hit our minimum threshold, we may cancel the event and fully refund you.
It depends on the event format. We charge a fee that goes toward covering the venue, kit hire, and the host. Any food and drinks you grab afterwards are on you.
All over central and inner London — you will find us at Regent's Park, Hyde Park, Battersea, Shoreditch, and Clapham. The exact spot is always on the Eventbrite listing.
If your plans change, just let us know more than 48 hours in advance, and we will happily refund your ticket or move you to another date.
